idk why but does anyone else have problems running the new Utah map? i have specs of my pc if needed: cpu: i3-7100 gpu: powercolor amd radon rx570 4gb dual fan ram 16 gb of 2400 psu 500 watt (brand unkown) ssd 1x 256 gb 1x 500 gb stock air cooler dvd tray case: corsair spec-02 redshift.

Please try giving it a few more time, and the game should eventually recover. As far the game hasn't crashed on it's own, assume it's still loading things in background (until it starts taking way too long, like +5 mins depending on your machine) Do not touch/click any buttons or Windows will show the 'Not Responding' message. You may also want to check in Safe Mode.
I received your Support ID via PM (it's safe to post in public by the way). Your game logs contains lot of errors coming from mods. You should check in Safe Mode (Launcher > Support Tools). If Safe Mode is fine, you need to check the mods you have. One or more could be broken/outdated
