Game hanging

    About 3 seconds after the game is launched, the UI completely hangs, and the only button that works is the red 'x' on the sidebar that closes the game (not the one in the top right of the window). I haven't installed any new mods or changed any settings.

    OS: Win10 x64
    CPU: Intel Core i7 5500U @ 2.4GHz
    RAM: 12GB DDR3
    GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M260 with 2GB dedicated VRAM
    (this is a laptop by the way)

    it started happening today. im not sure whether it was an updated version or not. I bought the game on steam so it updates automatically.

    I have an issue where when I click "Quit" it will hand till I do Ctrl+Alt+Del (the thing is I don't have to open task manager, it somehow closes once I exit from the full screen)

    OK so i found the issue. there was a conflicting programme that would crach the game (raptr/AMD Gaming Evolved). the programme hade a video recorder that would crash the came when it would start seconds after starting the game. Thank you for your help.
