This issue can happen due to many factors. It's possible that a vehicle that you're trying to load is either very detailed or badly optimised. With the official BeamNG vehicles optimisation isn't an issue, but mods can impact performance a lot. Try restarting the game in safe mode and then check if your issue persists. If it does, open your Task manager by pressing Crtl + Shift + Escape and go over to the performance tab. Here you can see how much load your CPU, GPU and harddrive / ssd currently are at, and how much of your RAM is used. Try spawning a car that causes the game to get stuck and look if anything gets maxed out. Here possible issues and their solutions:

RAM at 100% = you have too little RAM. Try closing other apps, restarting or disabling startup services

harddrive/ssd at 100% = your storage is too slow. If you're updating something or copying files in the background, that might cause this issue. If you have a slow and fast harddrive/ssd, make sure the game is installed on the fastest one.

CPU at 100% = your CPU is too weak. Look for energy saving settings and make sure a charger is connected (if you have a battery powered device). Make sure any apps you don't need are closed and look at what uses CPU resources in the task manager. Maybe consider running an antivirus program such as Windows Defender or a third party app of your liking.

GPU at 100% = While the GPU isn't as important when it comes to loading in vehicles as the components listed above, if your GPU is maxed out, try lowering your graphics settings.

    I hope this helps
