Calm down. Swearing and etc won't take you anywhere.

Does it happen only on East Coast map?

    PC Specs.

Is your OS 32bit or 64bit (Probably 64bit since 8GB of RAM, but asking wont hurt)

This is a known bug that we are looking into - it only happens with the 64-bit version of the game running on Win 7 SP1. If you look in torque3d.log you'll probably see some messages about "not enough memory". It seems to happen more often when the system is running low on free memory.

At the moment, you can workaround this by running the 32-bit version of the game out of Bin32\, or try to reduce your overall mem usage before running the game.
