Game randomly hanging and textures broken

First I'll discuss the broken textures because it's been happening for longer. The D-series textures seem to be misplaced on the vehicle- they're loaded in fine, they're just on the wrong parts of the truck. And the LeGran's textures are just entirely broken, the whole car is orange and black with NO on it. I've tried doing everything that was recommended- clearing the cache, deleting the vehicles folder, even reinstalling the game- no luck.

Second of all, recently the game has started hanging at random. Sometimes it'll unfreeze, usually it doesn't.

Any help with this would be super appreciated.

 

Have you got any mods ?

 

Yeah, but they don't seem to be affecting it- i ran the game in safe mode and the issues continued.

I really dunno if that's the problem, the game runs fine- but:
AMD Ryzen 5
Radeon RX570
16 gigs of ram

Okay never mind, I just tried running without all my mods and the problem's gone. Now I just need to figure out which mod was doing it. Sorry for the bother- i swear this didn't work last time. I'm a little stupid.
