Game skipping every few seconds.

My game is freezing for a few seconds then it works again then it freezes. It keeps doing that over and over again. Can someone help me? I think its the ingame repo trying to do something but I don't know.

Any way you can take a video of it? Seeing what the game is actually doing will help us help you

We have been testing the repository yesterday, so that might have been.
Go to Options and find the option about 'Automatic Mod Update' and disable it.

The mod repo has problems in case if you having an unpacked mod as it tries to update it constantly.
If disabling the updates won't help then increase the beamng processes priority in task manager to high.

I found it and turned it off. It seemed to have fixed it. Thank you guys for your help.
