Game stucks in loading screen

    Hi, i just bought the game thru steam, download it, install and run, the main menu work fine, but when i try to go to garage, or free roam, or campaing or anything the game start to load but got stuck in "making noise" or "spawning player" and after a while got the windows prompt aplication non responding, i ve checked the integrity of the files and all are ok.
    my pc is:
    asus maximus VIII hero alpha
    16GB ram gskill ddr4 3400mhz
    intel i7 6700k
    ASUS GTX 1080 strix

    windows 10


    Sorry english isnt my language.

    i dont want a refund, i want the game run!!!

    • Have you tried running in safemode?
    Launch the game and select 'Safe Mode' from the launcher.
    It will disable all your mods. Use it before reporting a bug, just incase your issue is caused from a mod and it's not an actual bug!



    • Have you clearing your cache?
    Launch the game and select 'Clear Cache' from the launcher.
    It will clear some of the folders in 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive' to 'Documents/BeamNG.Drive/backup'

    I don't see anything wrong in there.

    How long are you waiting?
    The first time you load a level, it would take slightly longer as it's creating the cache (to make future loads faster).
    This can make the game hang for a little bit. It's important that you do not press any button, or Windows would think the game has frozen.
    The game would resume on it's own, just give it at least 5 minutes.
    If it still doesn't do anything, then please try to load the 'Small, Pure Grid' level.

    tried to load 'Small, Pure Grid' level, i left the pc alone 20 minutes, the windows prompt does not apear until i pressed some random keys on the keyboard after that time.

    I have checked the integrity of the files several times and always say me all files are correct, so i will try uninstall, re-download and fresh install the game.
    I will post if my game got fix or not with that!

    Well, done the uninstall -> delete folders -> Download -> run the game, and got the same exact issue :S

    the only thing i notice that never had before is for half a second i heard like a engine sound when i was trying to load the garage :S

    I have the same issue i think your installer through steam has an issue because i i don't have any problems until i accidentally deleted beam ng and had to re download the game and now o cant play either

    Well, for third time i uninstalled from steam -> manually delete folder on documents -> no folder in steamapps -> re download it from steam -> run -> still having the same exact issue

    the only thing is, the first time i run the game after a fresh install, the issue is the same but i dont get the "program not responding prompt" just stay "freeze", i waited 15 minutes without doing nothing and have to kill the procces in the taskmannager, next time is the same but after a few in "freeze spawning player loading screen" when i press some random key the windows prompt "program not responding" pop.

    was the fcking Acronis true image, i uninstalled it and now it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Weird i have acronis as well but never had an issue with both until i reinstalled beam ill try uninstalling acronis
