Game Stuttering After Update?! 0.16

    I Played BeamNG For A Year And I Doesn't Have aNY Issue With Game Performance,Since 0.16 update The Issue Is Appear, I tried To Lower The Settings, Tweak The System,Nothing Help,The Fps Is Showing 60FPS Stable But The Game is Stuttering ( I Have V-Sync On)



    My Computer Spec:
    Intel i5 2400 @3.40 GHz (No Thermal Throttling Issue)
    MSI AMD RX460 4GB OC edition
    Corsair Value Select (8GBX2) 16GB DDR3 @1333MHz
    Display LG 20MP38HQ-B 1440X900 60Hz

    If you have any mods, you should check with all of them disabled.
    If an outdated/broken mod is spamming errors in background, it can degrade the game's performance.

    Does it happen regardless on the level you are using?

    Do this:
    Go to Options > User Interface and enable the 'Advanced Functions' settings.
    While in a level, press ESC and in the side-menu press the 'PERFORMANCE' button.
    A window will appear. Resize it (drag the bottom-right corner) so that its content is readable.
    Then replicate the issue, record a video of it and post it here. So that we can see what's happening.

    I Don't Know Why If I Switch The Power Plan To Cooling Mode ( The Lowest Computer Performance Possible) It's Run Well! At 60 Fps Not HAving Any Issues Stuttering But Since Turn To High-Performance PLan The Game Just Stuttering Again Even At 60 Fps And Above
