Game unplayable after 0.25 and support ticket reply from a bot.

Im currently having a few issues after updated to 0.25 and the game is unplayable at the moment because of that. Ive created a thread on the support forum but got no response from any staff. I tried asking a staff on the discussion forum but got ignored multiple times. I then went to discord and a staff told me to send a support ticket so i then sent one. A few hours i got a reply from a bot. The bot gave a reply that had nothing to do with anything i wrote in my support ticket. I also tried mesaaging through instagram but no reply there either. Can i get a staff to speak to please.
