Game wont start even after reinstall (hdd fail)

The game wont even show to beamng launcher. ive tried to verify file integrety and even reinstall the game. when i try to launch i get an error message 0x3000001 (attached). Am i missing my user folder? how do i fix this? To clarify, My game has always been installed on my C: drive (ssd) while my user foler was in my D: drive (hdd), i think at least.

As for how my hdd failed, it was when i upgraded to windows 11. It showed up as unpartioned. Thnakfully i was able to restore important files, but game files i did not bother with, since i can re-download them...

Any help is appreciated. This is my all time favorite game and it would be sad if i cant get it working again.
