Game won't start

    Everytime I click play on steam it asks me to download Microsoft Directx and it seems to not do anything for the download because even after the download I click play again and it asks to do the download again. If someone can help me out please do!

    Go here and download this file and run setup. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
    Then try launching the game.
