    I've got the same problem. I've never actually seen the program actually start and run. I've been through the third party software list, my drivers are updated, etc. I'm not overclocked, no mods, no nothing. I'm wondering if it's finding the right runtime dll? If there's a specific one I could copy to the game directory, I could try that...
