Garage to Garage Lightbar Issue

Hello,

Just a random thing I noticed when I was hitting the wrong key to get some lights to turn on. I have noticed in the Garage to Garage mode that even on cars without a light bar, pressing the key combo to turn on the light bar or siren still results in the AI pulling over out of your way, which makes for some hilarious situations (The base pigeon screaming through traffic at a blistering 24 miles an hour and the AI being like OH GOD NOOOO!!).

I assume this is not intentional behavior. This still happens in safe mode and with a clean install.

More just an FYI if anything. I don't see anything of an official bug tracker for the game to log this, and I think the game has to crash to log something specifically in game if I am not mistaken.
