garage/workshop mode

Well that's exactly what's been confirmed...

 

not sure about fully customizable but i would like 3 or more options per vehicle. (engine size, offroad, racing, etc)

 

A garage to customize cars would be awesome!

 

I know that I could be asking a little too much here, but a modifier that could be used to create cars like seen on top gear would be rather fun... But I would also like a garage with all of the basics too.
