    What am I supposed to do in the garage? Is it there to swap out parts or is it there to change the colors of your vehicle?

    You can do a couple things in it, including change parts, change color, save a config, set a config as your default vehicle, and take screenshots. Nothing particularly important at the moment since the game doesn't have career mode yet. It's also more laggy than it's worth currently.
