A few days ago, some mods for garry's mod(namely glue library, ambient occlusion and such) were compromised and updated with some questionable content What it does: if you load up GMOD with any of the hacked plugins and start a game, A screamer would be playing and inappropriate content would be on the screen for the entire time you're in game. however, they're generally harmless and won't do anything to your computer. why it happened: the first thought was that the modder's account was hacked and said hacker(s) modified the mod(s) for unknown reasons. the one people are believing right now is that said modder got banned from steam forums and in a fit of rage, modified his mods as to get "revenge". this comment was found in the dot lua file for the hacked mods. Code: --F you steam, F you valve, F you Garry, I hate everyone. pay me money or DIE. Be careful and do not install any of the hacked mods until they're fixed.
