Looks like it's off to a good start. I agree with what @Ai'Torror said, I would suggest adding aspects from other trucks too. One of my main suggestions is the Chevrolet Silverado. IMO, I would attempt to give it taillights similar to the GMC Sierra. I think they'd be perfect for a modernized D-Series, because of how I could somewhat see them as kind of a throwback to the original design.
I Realy Dont Think He Should Steal A Model Like A Ford And Slap It On A D Series . You Should Make Your Own Model In Blender But Use The D Series Then Work From There In Blender
Well, so far it doesn't look bad (if you modeled it yourself). But as other people said, I would also suggest to give it a "BeamNG spin" on it & change the look of some parts
