I don´t really want to be this guy, but this looks to close to Bagusiks Ford LTD. Even the model names in the dae are the same... I know, the mod originates from a vk sote, but nonetheless, it looks like, someone has stole the work of someone else...
So the car in GTA Vice City was modeled on the basis of the FORD LTD LX 85, I even pointed out that the model was taken from GTA San Andreas. The car in the blender is named so, personally for my convenience, initially I did not know how to name my model, after it will be renamed --- Post updated --- I even downloaded this mod from the author you named, all its parts are called FORDLX.
