For someone that isn't in a real motors company, I guess this looks great. I think all is needed is the layout and a few better png's...
I don't think you should have the older cars on their, but rather have them as what they have built in the past. Instead of all the Barstows that are all over the page, you should show the SUV, Truck and Grand Marshal as selections. You hsould have them on one page so it shows how much they are and specs. Just look at other dealer pages.
Yeah I think I might consider the Burnside a Gavril because the wiki states that Burnside was a luxury marque of Gavril.

It should look like this early to mid 2000's website ish. I think it rather fits the timeline. ETK and Hirochi should have the more modern website as it is present.
But i'm talking about how the website is too modern for the time period. Gavril hasn't made a car in nearly 17 years yet.

The only problem with that is the fact that modern website builders only make modern looking websites. Sure, messing around with graphics and stuff could get you the early 2000s look the site needs (And I would love to see, since early 2000s websites fill me wiht nostalgia for some reason), it would be hard to make with wix or weebly or whatever.
you should include other cars and the classic gavril slogan: "we have a car for every job" otherwise great website
