On Hold Gavril Roamer 2013

Welcome next generation of Gavril Roamer [2013 - 2020]
Would you like it to be unibody or body-on-frame?
Its at an early stage of development (only the engines and gearbox are ready)

 

Looks pretty good! What engines do you have planned for it, and what are the main inspirations?

 

I'd say it depends on what the main inspiration is. Just with the shaping of it, I'm seeing parts of both the Ford Expedition (body-on-frame) and Explorer (unibody).

 

Wow, a more modern SUV? Finally.
And for the body type, you can just do whatever fits better or is easier

 

I will release Roamer pack in a couple days, it features engines and specs of this 2013 roamer

the easiest and quickest way is to use existing roamer frame, slightly modify it and place this new body on it.

I used 2011 ford explorer as reference (its frameless) but its possible to step beyond the basic concept and make something unique.

Update:
Jbeam is not perfect yet as well as props still far from perfection, but i tested the car on the road with textures, roamer old interior and 5.7 from bastion. So far it looks like it will take more time than i expected. Theres also a hybrid powertrain in development, posted description on my YT chan. And civetta mod needs new engine.
