THE MOD WAS MADE FOR AN OLDER VERSION. USING IT WITH THE CURRENT BEAMNG VERSION CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK This is a rather simple mod for the T75. What is? It consists in a new set of Front of Rear Wheels. The rear wheels are no more duallies, but a single wide wheel instead. This will save your CPU from computing 4 extra wheels, and should increase your FPS. Also NumRays decreased from 16 to 14. Installation The zip contains 3 files: 2 additional JBeam files with the FPS version of the wheels and a Configuration file, which will allow you to quickly use the FPS version. Drop the "Semi" folder inside BeamNG/Vehicles. The parts will not overwrite any original part. This mod is likely to change the way the T75 handles. (Especially when accelerating, the rear may treble)Comparison On an Intel i5 2500 the FPS difference is noticeable: FPS difference may vary between CPUs. Of course, if your CPU is far away from the minimum requirements, this mod isn't guaranteed to make the T75 playable for you. In that case you would need a miracle (or a new CPU) As always, DO NOT REUPLOAD THE ZIP OR ANY CONTENT OF IT OUTSIDE THIS FORUM, a phrase that certain people just don't understand.. Post your FPS Improvements if you get any
Duh, there is a similar mod already? I should have checked before posting then :| Or are you refering about the "Shortned T75"? Then this is different.
Well if you're tying to play on a computer that can't handle the game, no mod is going to change that. I usually run 30-45fps, 15 with the T75. This mod brought the T75 to 20-25fps for me which is a great improvement.
well, since the rear tires are the main cause of fps problems with the t75, it makes the most sense to turn it into an fps part
In the original T75 I have to remove the middle wheels to even make it usable or else my pc fails to deliver in realtime.. the fps goes to 20 flat and the physics like... are in slow mo... more so than actual 20fps seems to be. So yeah he changed that with good intention..
Where you expecting to run the T75 at 60fps locked on some low-end machine? Sorry, I don't deliver miracles yet.
This mod was made for an earlier version of the T75. It says in the title. So if it doesn't function right that's why.
