You already made a thread for it: https://www.beamng.com/threads/the-hunt-for-sketch-city.35435/ @AndyB227 posted it there. (It's not packaged correctly, but that can be easily fixed.) It also gives errors while loading, but if you dismiss the errors, it loads up fine.
