Gearbox shifter problem in pxn v9 gen 2

    I just bought a new steering wheel controller from my parents' gift and when I used it it worked perfectly but there are 2 problems with the pxn v9 gen 2 gaming steering wheel, the clutch is not working and the gear shifter box can only use 2 gears in 1 option for example it can only go forward and backward or gear 1 or gear 2 but when in other gears it still stays in gear 1 or 2, I want to ask for help explaining why my gaming steering wheel can be like that
