Gears won't shift in arcade mode

I just updated from version 0.23.1.0 to 0.24.1.0 and any car that has a manual shifter won't go past 1st gear in arcade mode. I'm not sure if this is a settings issue or if something happened while updating that is making it glitch out.

Edit: I just tried using the keyboard to accelerate and it upshifted but won't upshift if I'm using the pedals on my setup.

Edit 2: It turns out my pedal bindings got screwed up after the update. For some reason, the same pedal was responsible for both clutch and throttle.
