I assume it was inspired by the Insight with those wheel covers.

The Insight is already being revived though, but it seems to take more inspiration from the new Accord.

Not really. Toyota advertised it BORINGLY, and it looks like a over-toasted loaf of bread.

I haven’t seen it advertised at all where I live, probably because we have no hydrogen stations. I don’t mind the looks, but it could loose the triangular grills.

It shouldn't have the big-ass aero on the front as well.

Copypasted from a comment I made elsewhere, but:

The ingredients to create the perfect racing game seem obvious: a wide variety of cars which fit well with the scene and geographic location chosen for the game, unlimited customization, a well-designed map with a wide variety of roads, and realistic physics. So simple in theory, so complicated in practice.

First, the corporate image-preening garbage gets in the way. You want a wide variety of cars with deep customization, but Porsche has an exclusive license with EA who won't talk to you unless you can bring Microsoft-level money, and Ferrari wants to approve every last little modification your game allows, and Maserati is loath to allow any modifications at all, and as soon as Porsche and EA break it off, Toyota decides to... well, actually, I have no idea what they're trying to do, but I have found or can think of about four different explanations and all of them give me an intense personal dislike for Akio Toyoda.

Then, when you move on to map design, you can't make it out of technical roads because that will be too difficult for the twelvies in their McLarens. (That's another thing that's stupid about FH3's map... you can make a technical course out of it, but all the individual technical sections, especially paved technical, are so short that if you want to have an online mountain battle you pretty much have to string multiple roads together.)

Then you go to physics, and again, the twelvies take priority, so you have to dumb the physics down to make them more forgiving and/or allow beelining across open ground in a Lamborghini. Or just go brake-to-drift like Need for Greed did.

Of course, the only companies who can afford to bribe their way past the aforementioned image-preening and greed in the licensing department are the big ones like Microsoft and EA, and they didn't get to be that big by letting pure & unfettered artistry run their company. The result is a situation where greed rules the day and the desires of the little people don't matter, unless by "little people" you mean people 16 years and younger who don't care at all about realism or even quality and just want a no-effort dopamine high, because they can be counted on to play all day every day and consume DLC/microtransactions uncritically for fear of missing out.

What I didn't say elsewhere is: regarding Toyota, I seem to have heard somewhere that you can skirt copyright laws on licensed cars by changing a few small, unimportant details (and the badging counts). Wreckfest is a good example of this; pretty much every car in that game can be identified as a real car, some almost immediately (of course, they also have it easy since the banger-racing theme means that each car is already modified enough to duck copyright). So if Toyota doesn't want to be cool anymore, you can just replace your Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex with a Hirochi 86-Thunder RS which is exactly the same except it has the badges taped over "praSu mod" style and be good to go. There has to be a reason more developers don't do this, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Handling doesn't need to be realistic. It just needs to be good, because realistic handling has one hell of a steep learning curve.

Also, you can have one hella lot cars without Ferraris, Porsches or Toyotas.

I'm surprised there's barely any Skodas in well-known games.

Technically true, but as much as I like to crack on Japanese cars, a racing game without at least the Supra is just morally wrong. The other two, it depends on what you're going for.

(For what it's worth, Ferrari is well-know for just being a massive butt about everything in general, from continuing to use press-fleet ringers long after everyone else discontinued that practice, to requiring anyone with a press pass to call their office every single time they want to drive a Ferrari for any reason, to restricting which cars you can buy based on which ones you already have, to destroying their brand image and legacy with theme parks and branded merchandise until they become Harley-Davidson for the 1%.)

(As for Toyota, the four explanations I can think of are 1. they don't want to be associated with racing and car culture anymore, which does sort of fit in with TRD discontinuing all supercharger manufacturing and sales as of 2015, in which case they deserve to go out of business anyway, 2. they want to shove all their old legends down the memory hole so they don't overshadow the new Supra, in which case maybe they should have done a better job on the new Supra, like by maybe giving it a manual gearbox, and/or not wasted 7 years trying to be the exact opposite of sporty, 3. they signed an exclusive license with PD, in which case they definitely deserve to go out of business, or 4. they've decided to be all stuck-up like Maserati and pretend that modifications ruin their cars, in which case they also deserve to go out of business. Or maybe they just think the whole stance/drift thing needs to unhappen, and are pulling out of game like NFS and Forza which are obviously going in that direction, in which case I kind of agree with them, stance "culture" and tack-on overfenders in particular need to unhappen.)

I want to share a little something I learned with you all.

Currently the Dodge Stratus and Chrysler Sebring are the only American cars I know of that got a Russian rebadge, in the form of the GAZ Volga Siber. I don't think it was all that popular though since only 9,000 units were produced.

On some Final Destination shit today. Tree limb fell across the road about 5 seconds in front of me.
I haven't played beam in at least 6 months. I miss it. I think I fried my mobo by disassembling my computer, that could hardly run beam anyway, and gluing it into a cardboard box.

Also, Road Rover is going to become a thing in 2 years, beginning with a rugged estate.

Well, I would be totally down with the reintroduction of Rover as a brand, they made some cool stuff. Ofc, if it was Range Rover doing it, they would be nothing like actual rovers. And frankly they already make them, they are called Jaguars.

(pictures mostly for my own nostalgia purposes)

    They also did a Rover 25GTI with 142hp (0-60 = 8 seconds)

Then there was also the MG variant that would do 0-60 in 7.4 seconds, for around £12600 (£18400 [$23775] today's money), which was pretty good value for the time.

    Yes.
The computer seems to boot up, but nothing appears on the monitor. Once I saw the windows startup screen for a second or two then it went black.

Checked that the cable isn't broken, and is correctly connected?
Tried using a different type of cable (hdmi/dvi)?
If you have a GPU, have you checked that it is seated correctly in the PCIe slot?

I haven't looked into it a whole lot. I made sure the cable was connected correctly on both ends, and reconnected it a couple times. Didn't try a different cable. GPU is integrated.
