Gif advatar?

Hi,
Ive been seeing people on the forums with gif advertars, is it still possible to do this? Ive tried tons of times but had no luck.

 

yes but its really hard, it has to be under 100kb and be 200x200 or it wont work

 

yep really is hard,
Just went though about 10 profile pics in 10 mins lol

 

i found a gif on steam but it took over an hour but it still didnt work lol

you basically have to fiddle around with it until it's a small enough file size.

It's not really hard.
First find somewhere to resize the gif, example: https://ezgif.com/resize
If it's still too big in terms of kb, then find a site which compress gif's for you, example: https://www.freeconvert.com/gif-compressor
