Something says to me that this is a seizure test. SO DOWNLOADING . Looks rad and hippie-ish.

 

I get an error about the game not being able to create GoHell.ter. Is there a way to fix it?

 

I feel like i took some of the blue meth from Breaking Bad when i drive on this map

Find the .ter file and upload it. Simple.

The pretty colors caught my eye. I fixed the packing, the .ter error, and the weird spawn setup (no need to press tab now...). I didn't bother fixing anything the OP didn't - the info.json is still blank and there are tons of missing textures, probably from badly moved assets.

There's some weird thing with black boxes drawn over headlights and stuff... I'm not too sure what the deal is with that?

FWIW it's interesting to see the lights playing over the vehicle as it gets smashed, but that's about it. If anyone was going to improve the level I think that the ticket would be to add some kickers to keep vehicles from slipping past everything on the outside. I'm not going to do it.

I've attached a functioning copy of the level. Place it in your /mods/ folder like everything else.
