gpu advice

i found a realy cheap gpu
but i wanna ask does it run beamng?
its a 9800gtx 512mb
since a 9600gt (no gtx) runs beamng wil it run well aswel?

 

How much does it cost? I bet you can find something that can run beamng much better for a similar price.

512mb of VRam might struggle... I have over 1Gb on mine (although I have Radeons) and they seem to struggle to keep up. I am no expert in this field however.

get a gtx 750 ti and you will be fine. Or a radeon 5770 if you're cheaper.

10 euro? You must be really on a budget. You're not going to play beamng with a budget of 10 euro on a graphics card.

 

I don't think a 12 dollar graphics card is really gonna give you much of a boost... especially if its pretty close to what you have already... unless the one you have is dying and you're just looking for a replacement, then go for it.

 

10 euro will get you a used graphics card in likely questionable condition. Not anything that would run beam well, or at all.

 

someone said the 9800 gtx is alot better then my 9600 gt (the 9800gt is slower then a 9800gtx)
