    Hello,

I have a Nvidia GTX 1080Ti and with the new West Coast, USA map it varies with the clock speed a lot. one time it goes the fastest it can go, and the next time it runs at 360 MHz... Any clues to why it is doing this?

    NOTE:
    GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080Ti
Overclocked?: No and Yes. (Depends on which profile, doesn't make a difference.)

Any clues would be appreciated. :)

Reminds me what a CPU would do if it's overheating.
    Check your temperatures.

My GPU and CPU are not overheating. Temperatures won't go above 45°C.

I have updated the drivers an hour ago, and that seems to have fixed it. But my guess is that this problem will likely come back after a few days.
