I've had the game run on Intel laptop integrated graphics, far slower than what you find in an APU, while not good it still ran without huge artifacting like this.

A good Gaming setup includes: NO F********* AMD PARTS. I have a Ge force 750Ti and that thing isn´t enough

I have been running Windows 10 for over a month now and I have havent seen it cause fault with this game yet so it cannot be the OS to blame here...but then again your running an entirely different setup from my own one...so fair does...

Will you shut up already? You've demonstrated your obvious lack of knowledge regarding these matters repeatedly, and continuing to post your ill-conceived mind-spasms as real advice - after having been told to stop many times - is bordering on quackery.

Simply put Windows 7 is the current version of Windows XP its strong stable and reliable and yes I dont know all the factors but I know enough that Windows 8 can be tricky I did use it for about a year at work before I downgraded to Windows 7 again..

Yep Windows 7 is better...Windows 8 is far too much of a hassle to work with...
