Graphics are fked

hey! im playing BeamNG on Max settings (Ultra) and my game pretty much looks like a cheaped out ripoff, the shadows are super low res and WAY to dark, and when i move around my camera there are the like these dots under the car in the shadows that are moving with the camera, and something is very wrong, ive tried deleting all files that got anything to do with beamng, Reinstalled it and it STILL looks like this, I dont know why at all. So please, if you know a fix to this please let me know! BTW Open the pictures in a new tab to see it in full size!

 

This is not an issue, this is normal, the Ultra setting doesn't change that much the graphics than High, only the lightning thing.
You can change the shadow resolution in the world editor, in sunsky element, then change the "texsize" to 2048.
