Gridmap no textures?

Why is this happening to me? It seemed to fix with update 0.5 but the next update it went like this again???

Delete the BeamNG.drive folder in Documents. Backup you mods or settings folders if you want to.
Also remove all mods affecting GridMap

1. delete cache folders in C:/Users/Username/Documents/BeamNG
2. if that is not helping redownload the game via Steam

Do i delete all of the cache foders or just the current version one?
