(imported from here) The Willard is a 4-door sedan available in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto IV and its episodes. Design The Willard resembles a 1986-1991 Buick LeSabre the only notable difference being the configuration of its taillights. The Willard in GTA IV has also quite a number of similarities as compared to the First Generation Proton Saga (Saloon), and Fourth Generation Toyota Carina. The overall body of the car remains the same, with a few changes to the headlights and taillights.

(imported from here) A Willard in GTA IV

In BeamNG Performance The performance of the Willard in BeamNg is expected from a below standard sedan. The car's V6 engine is in a FR configuration , and also has and average top speed. Its steering is very unbalanced, at high speed it can go from under-steer to over steer in the blink of an eye due to its awful suspension. The Willard possesses a top speed around 120mph, but suffers from poor acceleration (0-60 under 10 seconds), especially uphills, and often taking a long time to even get close to top speed. It has a 3.9L V6 engine producing around 170hp, coupled to a 4-speed automatic transmission, it weighs around 3300 lbs Disclaimer As a matter of fact it was downloaded from a Russian site, and its performance is quite close to a real 1986-1991 Buick LeSabre after I've tuned it a little, however it is based on the Grand Marshal as it isn't a separate mod. Attention! Use only at your own risk! Also I don't know who was the author of this mod, but however all credits go to him for bringing this rust bucket to BeamNg. Bugs: Weird colours on wheel and the entire model is a bit dark overall, lights and indicators don't work well. What I suggest you do, is to perfect the mod by editing the Jbeam. Then you don't really need a disclaimer, due to the editing you have done. Even with the disclaimer for this mod, you're still going to be the receiving end of some flak, because this is just pasting a mesh over an existing jbeam. That's just asking for trouble and errors.
inb4 shitstorm. It would be cool if the jbeam was modified to fit the car, but as it stands, its (still) a russian mod
I'm no expert on jbeaming but that looks like shit. Too bad stuff like this shows up, half assed and essentially worthless, on a 4 door sedan no less. What a shame.
Shame it was ported so badly; Willard was my favorite car from GTA 4. Nicely modeled, curved pillars, and one of the only properly FWD cars in the game. And then they slap it on the Grand Marshal .jbeam and give it RWD
