Halloween event?

    My game is updated to the current version (0.14) but it never added the scarecrow event thingy and I'm not sure why
    Can anyone help me with this?
    I feel kinda embarrased to have 1250 hours in this game and not have any of the achievements lol
    Speaking of which, is there anyway to go back to a previous version and do last christmas' event?

    You have to install the Halloween event mod to activate the Halloween event. You should be able to do the same with the Christmas mod.
