Handicap license plate mod

Currently waiting for approval

 

Now for the little handicap signs you put on your rearview mirror.

 

I actually researched that, and I won't be doing that for two reasons:
1) those things are only supposed to be up when you're parked
2) I have no idea how to mod that in unless I add that to the windshield texture of all cars.

 

1: 99% of people always keep them up...
2: can you make it a separate object on the cab similar to the fuzzy dice in some mods

 

I guess I could try.
