So I went to turn on my main computer (a laptop without a screen) and it would absolutely take forever to log in, and when I tried it tonight, it NEVER loaded the desktop completely. When I got into my Linux system and tried to access the drive, it gave me a long error message. It wasn't even making the click of death either. And is all I did was unplug the half top without the battery and moved it to a different room on Saturday morning, and it sat in that room untouched Would anybody know why it would be un-accessable?
I have included the error message below.

Sudden loss of power could have corrupted your drive.

DO as it says, try booting windows, shutting down cleanly. Windows has left a few flags open in the NTFS filesystem that linux doesnt like.

And welcome to why you should shut a PC down safely rather than just switching it off.
