I was looking at the wiki, and it seems the only two options for ai are chasing or fleeing. I was wondering if there were some way to have a car just drive in a straight line? Something like set the acceleration to full (or better yet, throttle lock it at whatever number you want) and that's all it does?

    Thanks

Easy...spawn 2 cars...get into one, hold down the throttle, then while still holding down the throttle, switch to the other car... the first car will keep going :)

Haha well that's easy enough (possibly even exploiting a bug??) thanks.

Any other methods? I was hoping for something where I could pause the game (j) change some settings, then unpause it to see the results (car speeding off in a straight line)

I just wrote a new AI mode "Drive straight" in the lua. I'm trying to work it into Incognito's lua mod installer to make it easy on anyone wanting this mod. I'll reply here with the file once made
