Having problems with skins

So i downloaded a couple of skins and i put it in the vehicle it's for. but when i load up the game i can't find it in the skin selector. it's confusing me a lot!

 

Skin Selector? Like Incognito's mod? If so than don't make a whole new thread for this, just go on the mod's thread.

My advice would be to run cleanup.bat and make sure you followed the instructions on the mod's thread.

 

I followed the instructions, and There is still no skin for the car.

 

What I suggest is messaging the creator of the mod, or posting on the mod thread like random said.
