Its a bit boring to have every AI car follow the traffic rules perfectly, so lets switch it up with the magics of random number generator and odds to have AI cars randomly break the law to get to their destination faster.

Depending on wether the car is a slow mom minivan or a red cheap sportscar with a farcan exhaust and 22 inch wheels and open diff, a random number generator is rolled to decide if the car will be going faster than the speed limit (and by how much), how often, or if he's going to cross red.

If the car is an ETK, there's a 80% odds that it will never use the turn signals.

If the map is ECU, there's a multiplier of, say, 1.1 or 1.2 to the odds of breaking the law since people in rural lands are used to less needs to follow the rules of the roads strictly.

If the AI spawn a "tuned" variant of a car, there could be an even higher odd of breaking the law soon and maybe doing so more constantly.

These are merely idea suggestions, not pure examples of how it SHOULD work, but this would make Ai traffic more dynamic and keep you on your toes since you cant expect the AI to follow the rules even if you try to.

That would be cool. To make a more realistic driving experience the cars should also habe police spawning at random, and cars not randomly wanted, but only get wanted if they pass a police car.

yes this would make it more realistic to drivers, then in carrer you can have dashcam for your car and take from your insurance from the driver that crash in to you while breaking laws

that would be fun. also, (unfortunately) the car crash YTers would have less work to do (sadly)

It's a good idea, I like it. But before that, the AI should be fixed in general as they drive like absolute garbage...

The AI is already unpredictable, especially on the highways. Ever been cruising at the speed limit and had one merge right into you?

They also go ~10 mph under the speed limit on the highway in WCUSA

Also, the police AI rams you at full speed when you're stopped, killing both of you.

The AI always drive about ten miles an hour under the limit everywhere, and it's really annoying.
Also, WCU would be West Coast, United.
    Did you mean WCUSA?

But is that pre-planned or an unintended bug?

    It’s a bug, probably.
