headlights dont emit light

I wanted to drive the t series in the dark but headlights don,t emit light i can see in the grass it just makes the lights glow.

 

Are you playing the game on lowest?

 

yeah because i use a laptop windows 10 intel gpu and core

 

That is the reason it isn't emitting light. First off, turn off shadows, and turn your lighting up to high. It should kill the lag. Lights should work now.
