Headlights/Tail lights and Glass Textures broken on mods

I installed a e92 bmw mod from this site not a weird Russian one, and the model looks awesome. Only problem is for some reason the front right headlight is red, and the rear tail lights are sort of blacked out. Also every piece of glass in the car is bugged out and showing black lines through them with bits of red. Had this happen the other day on a mod straight from the beam ng repository. Really hope this mod isn’t just outdated since it looks awesome. Already deep cleared cache btw. Thanks.
