It seems that every time I try loading up the van, the suspension breaks way too easily. Another set of heavy duty springs or strengthening the original would be an amazing addon. It would be helpful on the T series and other cargo capable vehicles as well.

    That would be cool
but to be fair those types of cargo vans were never meant to haul cars

a car weighs what? 1000-2000kg, to be getting to 2000 is then a pretty heavy vehicle. I've personally unloaded 3000kg of goods from a similar vehicle. Its nothing for them.

im considering finding a box truck instead of a pickup and trailer to haul my racecar. if it fits in the box, ill drive it in on ramps and camp out in the box at the track. a box truck will take the weight of at least 2 of my cars no problem.

I tried it even without any cars over some bumps at and the cargo springs still broke though. The rear part of cargo springs are not shaped correctly hence the problem of them giving out under pressure. I tried the same thing of loading the regular van and it's suspension didn't break at all.
