I know that the name is quite painfully obvious but... What exactly is it meant to do? Cop cars in real have "heavy duty suspension" but what does this mean? Better tolerance to hard driving? More load capacity? Both even?
That also brings me on to a related question, if it is all of the above, howcome the Gavril Grand Marshal doesn't have it? It's basically a Crown Vic. Anyways that's all.

P.S Top corner says "Ask questions and get answers" when you're creating a thread, so I'm 99% sure this isn't the wrong section to post it in.

The normal suspension of the Grand Marshal is already heavy duty, it uses suspension based on the Roamer as far as I can tell. Heavy duty suspension I think is kinda something like if you put truck suspension on a car. So more durability, can hold more weight, survives harder driving and a bit of offroading or at least driving on dirt roads. This comes at the cost of making the suspension heavier, less comfortable driving, and making it less sporty. That's the way I see it, I could be wrong about this. The standard Grand Marshal suspension mostly fits this description I think.
