HellHopper still on repo?

So i saw that the hellhopper is still on the repo. I looked closer at the mod and realized there are willys badges? Is it allowed because it is a defunct brand?

 

Willys jeep went out if buisness so its uncopywrited
Jeep isnt really associated with it i dont think

 

well. they changed to Kaiser-Jeep in 1963 and then sold to AMC then AMC was sold to Chrysler, when AMC was sold to Chrysler then (i might be wrong this is where it gets a bit "fuzzy") it was changed to Jeep.

Just to say the willy was not a jeep it was made by Ford. It's actually a Ford willy and they were made from 1941–1945. The willy is also known as the U.S Army Truck. Here is a picture of one.

yep i know it was manufactured by ford, but it still begs the question. what is and isn't allowed on the repo? Am i allowed to make a trabant mod and slap it on the repo? (only using that for comparison)

 

So was the Crown Vic at one time. This was before they changed the rules.
