Help getting skins to work?

    one) trying to add skins leaves me with failed loading texture. How can I get them ingame..?
    two) I can't change car color? (yes, I have seen tutorial.)

    EDIT: Going to re-install to see if it fixes the first two issues.


    edit2: after install. yep, can't change colors. f11->...->mesh of body->vehicles/common/null.dds is chosen for diffuse map -> try to change color and nothing changes. (picture included)

    Man, am I smart. went back through and I Forgot to change to layer 2.
