help i cant download two mods that work together

recently ive been trying to download two mods that work together, and they wont work, the two mods are meos dragster 3.0 and meos dragster 3.0 jato, both ive tried unzipping and rezipping, even putting them together doesnt work, anyone able to fix this?

 

first of all, the mods must remain packed in the mods folder unless they're in the unpacked sub-folder. So put the two mods, zipped, in your mods folder, then enter the game, go in the mod manager, click on each mod and click on "unpack".
