Help me with bloom, please

    I have problems with bloom, its not working properly. I tried safe mode and reinstalling the game, but it didnt work.

    Computer specs: Asus gtx 650 1gb vram, 16gb of ram 3600mghz, Ryzen 5 5600x

    I just turned Bloom off I think it's too distracting anyway.
