~ Help! ~ MP3 to .OGG conversion methods.

Hi there! I'm currently trying to look for some software that can convert MP3 files to .OGG, if you are wondering why then here's your answer. I'm just trying to port some songs into MSC's radio folder ( or My Summer Car ) and I'm having trouble figuring out a way to currently convert sound files on programs that come with windows, the only program that I have download and does sound related things is Audacity and that is it.

save as mp3 open the converter convert to oggand its finished.flac and wav also work for engine sound
