SOLVED help!! something is wrong

I was playing beamng yesterday. I normally get 70-80fps no traffic no mods lowest settings. When I was playing, My fps dropped to 30-40. I didnt think much of it because it happens then my pcs too hot. I closed the game and opened it back up today. I saw that my fps doesnt get higher than 50. I did deep cache cleaning. It said something about vcruntime140_1. I reinstalled the vc runtime and it still didnt work!!. I spent 2 hours reinstalling beam. Now i still get 30-60 fps. (normally 60-80fps because my monitor is 75hz)
My specs;
Ryzen 5 3600 non overclocked
16Gb ram
Rx 580 8gb
I cannot upgrade because of the currency here.(and family denies)
please someone help me fix this.

 

Did this FPS drop only happen in BeamNG Drive?
Try playing other games to figure this out.
Sometimes RAM clocks and GPU settings can get reset to default (lower) values.

 

Yes. Other games perform the same BUT beamng.

 

Have you tried the lowest graphics settings? Your cpu or gpu might be under too much load at certain times.

 

Are you running the game in Vulkan? If yes, try DirectX.

using directx. it would run vulkan on 80 fps then it became 5fps so i switch to directx.

I dont know what happened but when i opened the game it was in default settings(normal to high) and I was getting 130 fps with some drops but not too much. I dont know whats happening but its fine.

 

what is Vulkan?

 

Vulkan is the other graphic API. The default is DirectX something
