Hello, I'm looking to start making mods for BeamNG.Drive. I've never made mods for BeamNG before nor any other games. I have big ambitions for what mods I'd like to make but for now, I'm looking for any help, tips, or tricks. I'd like to start out by editing a few of the official vehicles lighting behavior which I believe is called glowmaps inside BeamNG. For example I'd like to add the improved vehicle lights to the vehicles that would have iridescent bulbs, I'd also like to make a few vehicles indicators more realistic. Such as the Grand Marshall taillights not turning off fully when the indicator is activated. As well as the ETK K-Series where I'd like to switch the indicator to the brake lights rather than the running lights. Any help would be appreciated thanks, Quinn

I looked into both the video and read through what BeamNG.Drive official documents from this I feel l could assign glow maps to a new material however I'm having difficulty understanding how to edit the current glow map code to complete my modding goals.
